D-NTY series belt thickening and dewatering machine makes reference to the filter press machine’s structure produced by Germany LOGIC, and Japan Mitsubishi. Main designing features:
Proper structure design:
The structure is stable and easy to repair. It’s very neat, and the most common operating parts are in good poison. This kind of structure is really neat and beautiful.
Outstanding corrosion resistance:
All the parts that can touch water are stainless steels. The structure is stainless steel or hot galvanized. (Not hot painting) (Thickness of zinc inside and outside no less than 80μm) It is ensured that there’s no rust in 5 years.
Special design:
Tapering roll dewatering technology is used in the filter dewatering area. Sludge loosing from the sides can be avoided, so sludge handling capacity is improved.
Advanced filter screen washing technology:
Filter screen sludge remover is designed for the belt washing system. It can save much water. Self-washing sewage filter is also designed to take the water in Secondary sedimentation tank as the washing water. In this way water cost is reduced, and environment is protected.
Reliable running performance:
Air control valve links the air cylinder, this kind of correction system design makes it efficient. Both sides of the filter belt can be corrected at one time. Complete protection equipment if designed to ensure reliability. Unexpected damage can be avoided.
PCL control design:
PCL control can be designed according to high grade customers. Principle: to adjust sludge quantity, flocculants quantity automatically according to the working speed. In this way high production rate and dewatering rate can be achieved, and no operators are needed.
