1、Structure of thickening and dewatering equipments
D-NTYⅡ type thickening and dewatering machine is a multi-roll belt predewatering sludge thickening and dewatering machine with barrate. Dewatered sludge water ratio is no more than 80%. It’s totally enclosed and has aerator. Thickening dewatering machine consists of thickening machine and dewatering machine. Thickening machine is made up with dewater barrate, washing water pipe, frame, water return tray, protecting board and drive. Dewatering machine is belt filter press machine which is made up with frame, inner tank, drive device, roll, air device, filter belt guide set, filter belt washing device, filter, scraper, protecting cover, and control box. Thickening and dewatering machine can work steadily.
2、Working principle of belt thickening and dewatering machine
Sludge enters the barrate after it is treated be medicine. Tiny particles are filtered by barrate. Sludge’s thickness can reach above 2-10% through several minutes of thickening treatment. (According to operating demand) Dewatering effect can be ensured because liquidity of this kind of sludge is not good. Then sludge enters filter press dewatering machine through delivering device. In the machine, sludge is hold between two tense filter belts, and it goes through the regular rolling cylinders. The route is just like “S”. The pressure is from the belt, and water is separated out from the sludge. Then the sludge mess is formed. This is the dewatering principle.
3、Machine and material introduction
D-NTYⅡ type thickening and dewatering machine is made up with dewatering barrate, washing water pipe, frame, protecting board, drive. Sludge is mixed with polymer before entering the machine. It enters the machine through a pipe, and gets out through a spiral conveyer after being thickened. Tiny particles are filtered by the filter fabric which is made by retracted textile. When heating, it should shrink to proper size. To achieve the best effect, filter fabric is washed continuously. D-NTYⅡ type thickening and dewatering machine’s structure is made by 304 stainless steels. Water tank of D-NTYⅡ type thickening and dewatering machine is made by 304 stainless steels.
Drive part includes hand-power or machine adjusted shaft. Speed of barrate can be adjusted. Filter fabric: it is washed continuously when the machine running. Protecting board: it can be easily moved and its material is stainless steel.
